This is a founder-led, early-stage company deploying AI directly into real-world business operations.
The Role:
As a Field Account Executive, you manage the full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed customer.
This is an in-person, field-focused contractor role centered on:
• Owner conversations
• Short live demos (3–5 minutes)
• Closing monthly subscription agreements
You are not responsible for onboarding, technical setup, or support — those are handled by the conn3ct AI technical team.
What You’ll Do:
• Visit local service-based businesses
• Speak with owners and decision makers
• Identify missed-call and responsiveness gaps
• Deliver concise product demos
• Close qualified businesses on monthly subscriptions
• Build consistent pipeline activity
• Represent conn3ct AI professionally
Compensation:
This is a performance-based independent contractor role.
Commission:
• $149–$500 per closed, activated account
• Paid after customer activation and payment confirmation
• 30-day clawback if the account cancels or fails payment
Earnings scale directly with closed volume. No cap.

Provided for transparency based on representative performance:
• Conservative: $20,000–$25,000 annually
• Strong performer: $30,000–$45,000 annually
• Top performer: $50,000+ annually
Actual results vary based on activity and conversion rates.
Quarterly Performance Bonuses
Eligible Account Executives may earn quarterly bonuses tied to performance targets and consistency.
• $5,000–$25,000 quarterly bonus pool
• Based on results relative to targets
